Does the configuration remain after power cycling the camera?

here after some power cycling the camera, they lost some of the setting! (Time, ...)
but not the main settings like Network.



Solution for me, I restore my settings.db then are all OK!


firmware update 1.03 to 1.04

Looks like a good work around. You may want to contact your regional D-Link support office and ask about this. Time should be accurate even upon a reboot or power cycle. Ensure you have NTP services selected and enabled for Time. This will help the unit keep accurate time values.

Just updated to firmware v1.06.06 as suggested by the prompt of the baby monitor iPhone app.
It seems that the liveView_debug.cgi doesn't exist anymore. It still exist liveView.cgi but it has just few options to configure.

Is anyone able to access the root folder of a v1.06 camera and check if then renamed/moved the liveView_debug.cgi file?

From booth DCS-825L and DCS-855L dlink has removed this pages

Can i downgrade? where can i find the previous working .bin firmware files. they removed from ftp and website as well.

If anybody has the files please link them here.

sorry I dont remember exactly how I have done it, yes I downgrade ones from fw1.05 and also one time from fw1.06,
with my pc and via wlan connection to the dcs-825l

it was something like this:

or

main menue with fw1.03 for all settings

I was saying that I successfully downgraded to v1.05 but the "advanced" cgi pages were still missing after the downgrade to v1.05.

If someone else tries to downgrade please let me know if you get back those "advanced" cgi pages.

in fw 1.05 and 1.06 this are removed ... so I dont find a way,
also I use the fw1.03 and see no reason for the last firmware to use, if somebody like to use the hidden menues, only with old fw!

its writen under 3. (it is removed)
V1.05.04   
1.   Fixed the incorrect thermal LED status after reboot.
2.   Change the default system time for year 2015.
3.   Remove the hidden webpage for security concerns.

Why did you chose v1.03 and not v1.04?

I tested all of them and for me, all what I needed are in fw1.03, the others maybe need the last ones.
