I managed to connect all my laptop, ipad and samsung phones to dap1320.

However, there is no internet connection/access on both of my galaxy s4 & note 2, whereas, both my ipad and laptop are working fine.

I am wondering if anyone is experiencing the same issue.

I have tried downgraded the firmware versi9n to 1.00 and 1.10 but the problem persists.

• What Hardware version is your DAP? Look at sticker under DAP.

What mode are you using the DAP in?

• What region are you located?
• Has a Factory Reset been performed?
• Was a Factory Reset performed before and after any firmware updates then set up from scratch?

• Ensure the default (dlink) SSID name is changed. Can be anything and not something that's already in use by any neighboring WiFi routers.
• What wireless modes are you using?
• 2.4Ghz Routers only: Try single mode G or N or mixed G and N?
• Channel Width set for Auto 20/40Mhz or try 20Mhz only.
• Try setting a manual Channel to a open or unused channel. 1, 6 or 11. 11 for single mode N if the channel is clear.
• What security mode are you using? Preferred security is WPA-Personal. WPA2/AES Only. Some WiFi adapters don't support AES, so you might want to try TPIK only or Auto TPIK and AES.

Try disabling the WiFi security on the DAP or on the main host router and test the phones to see if they are getting Internet.

If other devices are working with the DAP and the phones are not, possible phone issue here.

Hey,

The DAP hardware version is A2. and i have done all the settings&tweaks as per your configurations on main host router and the problem still exists.

The wifi security on DAP was disable and factory reset was performed , but, both my samsung phones still don't have internet connection despite they are connected to the DAP with full signal.

P/S: the phones are working fine on the main router.

Try WPA/TPIK only and 20Mhz Bandwidth...

• What region are you located?

What Mfr and Model is the main host router?

Can you try some of the suggestions listed in the reply and let us know if any of that works?
Mainly test WPA modes and cypher types.
Test 20Mhz bandwidth only and see.
Test with ALL WiFi security disabled temporarily and let us know if it connects. Turn back on after test.
