DCS-825L - Firmware Update Issue

trying up upgrade firmware. Keeps asking for a usename/password. What would that be?

How are you trying to update the firmware? (i.e. Baby Camera App? Direct camera access?)

try with:
user = admin
password = the password you chose when you first setup your baby camera.

I tried by the app and that just fails.

I was able to update direct. thanks.
