Briefcase does not work under Vista 64 Home Premium

I'm running driver v1.02 & firmware 1.07.  I created a briefcase folder on my local drive.  It would not let me populate the briefcase with files from the DNS-323.  It works fine when I populate it with files for an USB stick and from Windows Server.  I can also populate from DNS-323 if i'm running Win XP.
