fyi- manufacturers recommend 35`C/95`F as the max preferable temp for their drives to run continuously at, and 55`C/131`F as the temperature at which failures will occur (data loss due to overheating, so some such problem).
personally, the lowest temp my drives have ever run in a dns-323 enclosure is 33`C, and i have the dns firmware set to shut down the drives if they hit 50`C...
