Well it works fine unless you are gaming online. Massive lag spikes, even with low (<40) ping.

LAst thing to try. Reload firmware and set everything back to default and see how it works.

What is your current SB and ABE settings?
Try setting SB with manual ABE speed values and leave ABE disabled...

Is this your actual paid ISP speed?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

Any other WiFi devices like APs near by?
