Edit: Seems as what looks like 2.07 is in fact 2.00.b07...but only after 20 minutes of a slooooow download. This is pathetic. I'm not upgrading from 1.50 until I'm certain that the issues with 2.00.b07 are solved.

Please refrain from posting links to D-Link firmware from other regions unless explicitly added by forum moderators. The file you are referencing may in fact be firmware v2.00b07 with a wrong label. The release notes in the archive on the link you provided are for v2.00 as well.
