DGS-3120 Ingress-Bandwidth controlled by Radius

Hi,
I try to use freeradius Egress and Ingress Bandwith attributes
I have configured my switch to authenticate  the workstation (802.1X )  through a port using Radius
It works. I have a connection after athentication. The Dlink-User-Level works too but the Dlink-Ingress-Bandwidth-Assignment does not work;
the command : show bandwidth_control return always no limit  after user/port authentication

Any idea will help me greatly
