1.31 = the worst firmware i have ever seen.

I am unable to get any wireless signal whatsoever...i should have just stayed w. 1.21 (without securespot). Not only do i not get a wireless signal..its completely frozen! What's going on w this firmware. I have already tried a 30/30/30. no luck! AHH somebody plz help!

You don't live (or will be travelling) near or know where our HQ is do you?  And if so can I get some heads up, this really isn't my fault.

Did a reflash? Or better: skip 1.31 and go to 1.32 beta (!)
It ruined your life? If so you might want to get a real one

OK, I realize I am as guilty as everyone, but lets keep this thread on target.  You suggestion (reflash) is valid, but for the remainder of this thread I am going to politely ask that we keep our comments exclusively on task.

I can explain the use of the emoticon, which serves to clarify that the remark about 'a life' is to be considered 'funny' , 'not serious' and so on. If the router is your life, it's still my personal opinion that you really need to get out more ofcourse. I didn't bring up the subject, by the way

Have you tried the 1.32 beta as was suggested?

"Draft" N is not a final version of the protocol, but you don't seem to mind using that

of course the OP failed to mention anything that he done or did not do. Example... OP cannot see the network anymore.. well, the network is not there because upon the upgrade, it was reset to the ssid 'dlink'. so while your looking for 'MY NETWORK' , you think that the router is borked.

LOL...Nah..I understand working through the bugs with new firmware but it just seems they keep getting bigger.
One of the things, can't see the forest because of the trees.

Dlink 1.11 655 dir was better then sliced bread!

Dlink is my fav. network brand I just hope they do something very soon.


Keeping it on topic: for myself I have not switched to 1.32na yet as every update seems to be worse then the last.
I have reflashed 1.31 and manually put all my settings back in and had to reboot after I used prtfowarding with torrents and locked the router up. Unchecked DNS relay, Advanced DNS Service, Short GI, the graphical security,shareport,..etc

Not getting dropped wireless connections anymore, dropped packets I'm still getting. Upnp is still blocking forwarding ports. Router still locking up after heavy loads.
