I contacted them about this same issue, they said they would look into it. This was 6months ago.
They never fixed anything.
My DAP-1360 has the exact problem they said they were fixing.
yet one more reason to not buy d-link.

And I presume you unpacked the .zip file and used the .bin file to send to the DAP?
If so, you might phone contact D-Link support and inquired as to this issue.
