To all,

Got the next problem:
I stream a movie at my network.
Synology - Dir-825 - AcRyan

No problems untill i put on my laptop.
At this moment my streaming will stop for about 15 seconds.
The movie goes on and after a while the movie stopt again for about 15 seconds.

When i'm gonna use internet at my laptop, the movie will stop very often for about 15 seconds.

Does anybody know what the problem is ?

• Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
• What region are you located?
• Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?
• Has a Factory Reset been performed?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations

• What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
• What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
• Is ISP Modem/Service using Dynamic or Static WAN IP addressing?
• What ISP Modem service link speeds UP and Down do you have?

How is the ISP modem, router and Synology connected?
What is AcRyan?
What other devices do you have on the network?
