Ftp and nas setup

Hi all, I'm new to this Forum and search didn't helped.
Just have this camera for a few days. It works fine with Synology and Surveillance App. But I cannot bring the ftp and Synology config to pass the test. I tried all possibilities.
The ftp setup I did exactly as with an other (LevelOne 2060) camera but its not working. It is not even saving my setup.
For the Synology the same happens. Is there somewhere an example how to setup?
