Connection betwen SFP and 3rd party media converter

I have to connect the SFP DEM-310GT to Media Converter Allied Telesyn via Multimode Fiber Cable, but donīt have link betwen them, I had checking the manuals and all possible information but can not to resolve the situation, I change the Speed to 100M Full and havenīt link either, so I need some answer about this situation. Iīm using a DES-1228P switch.
