Time for a remedial question.

Though I've had my 2332L's for a year, I've had little need for motion detection so I haven't spent much time with the feature, other than observing that it doesn't really seem to work.  That situation is changing, so I've looked at it more and can refine my initial impression to (surprise) "it doesn't work without IE".  What I see on the Mac (in any browser) is:

1.  The motion zone boxes are not available
2.  The sensitivity field does not do anything, no matter what it's set to
3.  The percentage field does not do anything all the way down to 1%.  If you set it at 0%, then the camera will detect motion continuously regardless of whether any actually is occurring.

I've seen comments in some posts here and there that you can configure motion properly using an app.  Does anyone know which one?  Or are there tips for making it work in a non-IE browser that I should know?

I`m sorry I cannot help you. I have really given up on this camera. Had it for a few months now, and the motion detection just does not work properly. A child can walk by and I`ll get a picture. A few minutes later an adult can walk by and I get nothing.

I have been emailing d link, and called at least 3 times talking to tech department and no improvement.
