DNR 202L - Issue with Mac OS X

Hi,

I'm interested to purchase this item but I saw in some reviews that it has some compatibility issues with Mac OS X. My Mac is now at version 10.9.3

Can someone advise if I would have a problem with it and if Dlink has done something to correct it already?

Appreciate to get a positive response from Dlink before I buy this item.
