I had managed to load firmware 1.04b07 but after two days I reverted back to 1.03b04. I'm now stuck with the surveillance add-on but lost the ability to list my two DCS-933L cameras  In addition the Amazon Drive add-on is also stuck in limbo on ShareCenter.

The link to the security firmware 1.03b08 although live the download radio button doesn't work (well at least here in the UK).

Hurry up D-Link the b04 nearly worked......I had just grown to like it in the two days, apart from mapped drives dropping out, system clocks changing back (or is it just the on-board battery due to be changed!

Yah I also reverted back to 1.03 but ver 8... Liked the 1.04 for the few days but seemed to have a couple bugs.. will wait for fix, cant wait really! The idea of addons will forever change the device... But I bought it for Network Storage (which it does flawlessly) The other features are just bonus.. Oh survelaincce was a great addon for 1.03 as my outdoor cameras are dlink, have some Axis cameras but no support for those... My 320l has been rock solid for the last year and a half

D-Link has temporarily removed Firmware version 1.04b07 from the D-Link USA FTP site due to an identified security flaw. Users of firmware v1.04b07 are encouraged to regress to the last public release of firmware v1.03 until a patched version of v1.04b07 is made publicly available.

Sorry, but no time frame on a patch for v1.04b07.

Firmware 1.04B08 is available on the D-Link support page. This is dated August 22, but no release notes come with it.

This is only a Beta and found the below info, but it doesn't say much.
Have you tried to install it?

I have installed it, it worked without a problem, though i'm not sure what they've changed except for google drive and addons page.
This is the only firmware available from the dlink webpage for the dns-320l.

Tried every addon eand pretty much every version increase... keep getting error "Install failed. Please check file." would love to know which addons work?

Yesterday I decided to give the 320L another shot - upgraded to v1.04 firmware in the hope it would have solved the problems associated with using it as a Media Server for XBOX/WD.

Clearly not! I copied the videos over from my Win8 Server, which works perfectly - and as before the 320L only displays a random selection of videos - some will play, and some wont.

Has anyone has any success using it as a proper media server/streamer for videos?

  Found 1.04b.08 software on the UK site.....did the usual downloaded, browsed to the file, uploaded and let the box powerdown......doh, I can login in as normal on to the 320l but left with a almost blank screen.
It has the Home, Applications & Management top line. Then its just "My Folder" as text and "My Favorite Applications" and a Black square to the right with only text of "Storage Status" and "Recent Activities" with no detail of running data.
Anyone help or how to I reset the box without losing my data........'Why did I do it'!

update I can access the 320 via "my dlink" and all appears normal except of course no way of actually managing the thing or rolling back the firmware

Update/update Now appears to be working........any changes I"ll get back but version 1.04.08 is out there........

this happend to me to but I just chose to log in with ssl or a different vrowser and its fine...
