perhaps a better definition would be

A bug is an unintentional effect that is always reproducible in a very specifically defined set of circumstances, both environmental and procedural.

Until that is defined very specifically we have something much less, and that we can do little with.  If no one can produce the above (or give us enough that we can define the above) then all we have is a series of isolated problems that could be caused by potentially anything.

Ok.. Lets try this another way. I have this port forwarding rules not saved problem and securespot has something to do with it. Tried with IE, Firefox and Chrome with no difference. It seems like port forwarding rule is saved anyways even it not show in rules page after save & reboot. Port is opened, and one more problem is how to close it after this if there are nothing in this page..

So, whats the problem here?

Another with same result
And another one
+1
What about this one?
One more

I bet there is more too...  ::)

Are you currently using securespot?
Like are you a registered active member?
I'm registered, but I made my account inactive so it's impossible for me to log into it anymore. Kind of silly why there would be an option to disable your account yet not way to re-enabled it...

Though like I said, I have absolutely no use for SecureSpot's so-called "features" which is why I disabled my account. Seems like an utterly useless thing and why would I want to manage my router over the Internet?! If I really wanted to do that, I'd just enable remote management from within the router's config. Nor do I want any silly antivirus/antispam stuff or blocking access to PCs that get onto my network. I do computer repairs for people from time to time and that feature would just ultimately piss me off, though I understand the point of it.

Browser wise, I've used Firefox 3.5 via Windows 7, IE6 via Windows Server 2003, and IE8 via Windows 7. All have the same results.
