Problem with app for IPad or iPhone turning off

Hey guys

We're having problems with the app on our iPad and iPhones turning off while in use.... We have our settings of auto lock off on our stuff but the app for some reason with turn itself off during the night sometimes and it's worrisome for obvious reasons... We have all the latest firmware and such... We have restarted our camera, internet, iPad and iPhone and the router for our internet... Anyone have a solution or ideas? Is this happening to anyone else???
