Replace AirPlus DWL-G132
« on: August 09, 2014, 12:14:41 PM »

Hi .. first time poster. I would like to upgrade / replace my existing D-Link AirPlus DWL-G132 router which I installed back in 2007. My Dell desktop PC does NOT have built-in wireless adapter and it appears as if my existing DWL-G132 router is just not performing all that great these days. Can anyone suggest a more efficient and more updated router for my needs. Any guidance will be most appreciated. Thanks !!

Link>Welcome!

  • What region are you located?

I'd start with a DIR-636L if you don't need any 5Ghz radio support. If you want to so some future proofing or need 5Ghz radio support, a DiR-826L would be a good start..
