Hey Furry-

Question...I am looking at the DGL-5500 and the DIR-868L.  I really can't tell too much difference in them.  I want multiple HD streaming, gaming, dual-band, SmartBeam and StreamBoost.

Which one is better and why ?

The 868L. More features and combined with another 868L in bridge mode, you have a great AC mode WiFi set up. The 5500 doesn't have bridge mode and a few other features...No cloud features.
WiFi on the 868L is 1300Mb on 5Ghz
WiFi on the 5500 is 867Mb on 5Ghz
