DCS-5020L - FTP filezilla Server

Hello,

I have a DCS-5020L IP camera, and I have also install a filezilla Server in my computer. After that, I tried to configure the FTP of my DCS-5020L camera, unfortunately, it was not successful. It says'" FTP server can not be connected". Please help how to make it working.  I would really appreciate if you can help me step by step from filezilla server until FTP config of my IP camera. Thank you so much!
