My 320L, after being powered off for a couple of days, won't boot up properly. THe power light is on, the hdd lights are both on, but the fan is not running and the HDDs aren't actually spinning up. I can hear them trying, but it won't go to full power.

If I buy a new 320L sharecenter, can I just take them out of the old one and put them in the new one and be able to access my data?

I am reasonably sure the hard drives themselves are not the issue. This seems very much like the DLINK hardware gone bad.

Thank you.

No, buy a Synergy instead and save yourself the hassle....

On a serious note, yes you should be able to just move them across.

Sounds like the power supply is damaged/dead..

Id recommend asustors AS-202T if just for p2p and ftp/webdav..
