Where can I find the latest firmware version for my DNS-320L ?

Hello !

According to the Dlink website in Germany ( I bought my NAS in Germany ) the latest
firmware version is version 1.01b03 from December 2012. I mean, is that even remotely
possible ?

Can anyone please tell me whether this is truly the latest available firmware or can I find a newer
version somewhere else ?

I have been told by someone on this forum I should not use US firmware releases for my device for
some reason I totally do not understand.
