HELP - Movement detection + video ON

Dear all,

I had a typical baby camera before buying BabyCam. This camera was working as follows: when the baby is crying or moves automatically it reproduces in the video receiver. My surprise at the DLINK BABY CAM, is that when the baby cries or moves, it does not automatically play the video but it sends a push notification.
Is there any way to operate the camera as my old one? so, if the baby cries or moves the camera is turned on and play video in my mobile.
Is there any software ofr IOS or ANDROID that allows it?

I'm disappointed in the functioning
