Hello

Sorry if my english is quite bad, but try to be brief to explain. I bought a DNS-320L few days.

Follow the installation procedures by running the wizard from the installation media.

Everything went normally, but he has a strange problem. When I try to access any web page, it redirects the browser to the inside page of the NAS and not open any other url.

Yesterday, I did some tests and realized that it only happens if I register my account on the NAS D-Link to use the function of the cloud. If I do not ask for the mage register the NAS on cloud, everything works perfectly.

I checked all the connections browser, hosts file and router settings and everything is ok! Nothing has changed and everything is standard.

Yesterday I had to reboot the router and NAS, reconfigure everything and without making his record (NAS) on the site, everything works. Otherwise, disconnecting or reconnecting everything and I connect on the sites.

Neither the internal configuration page of my router is loaded. If I type the address 192.168.1.1 it redirects to the inside page of the NAS and not out there.

I'm really quite sad about it because I paid for the function and I'm not getting used.

Wrote for the D-Link support here in Brazil but nobody answers me anything!

Does anyone have any suggestion or solution for my problem?

The firmeware of my NAS has been updated. My windows is 8.1 64bit, fully updated and my wifi router is an Asus RT-N13U with firmeware updated and baseline configuration, firewall restrictions, fixed ip, etc.

Thanks for any help.
