I just finished setting up my new wireless network. The first time that I tried to set up my security settings, my browser crashed. I reset the modem, and started from scratch. Now when I scan for networks, I have my secured personalized network, but dlink is still listed. Should I be concerned about this? There is a possibility that this might be a neighbors, but I'm afraid that this dlink might be connected to my computer. Is there any possibility that it is, and should I be concerned about people getting onto my computer through it? When I look at the settings of my router through my browser, it only says that my secured network is being used. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you saying that you have set your SSID to invisible but it still shows up in the site survey when you display all networks? Is your SSID "Dlink"? I have my SSID set to invisible but when I upgraded my DWA-652 drivers and software, my SSID will display in the list along with the 20 other networks in my neighborhood. Even though it is displayed by the wireless connection manager, I'm pretty sure that it is not broadcast because I have to undo that setting everytime I add a new device to the network in order to set it up.

Edit: Check the MAC address of that SSID. If it isn't yours, it might be a problem.
