IP Cam sent Defect Image
« on: November 23, 2014, 07:47:24 PM »

Hi,

I have the DCS2332L several months. It used to sent images as I set and the image were normal. But now it sent only 1 defect image although i set 5 in image setting. The half top of the image is OK but the half bottom was just gray.
I attached the image below:

Please help me to fix it.
Thanks

Have you reboot both the camera and your ftp server?

How many files are in the FTP folder? If a lot, archive the files off to another folder and see if that helps.

Also is this camera wireless or wired?

I set the image sent to my gmail. I reboot the camera several times but it did not help.
The camera connects wirelessly to my router.
