I save my video to the on camera SD card. Lately when I use the MyDlink app to view the videos I'm getting this error message.

I have my video set to mpeg4.
I check the D-Link FTP site for firmware updates. ftp://ftp2.dlink.com/PRODUCTS/DCS-2132L/REVA/
I am on firmware 1.03.09. They don't have this on  the FTP site but the latest 1.02 is dated 11/3/14. Did they make changes to 1.02 and get rid of 1.03?
 I'm very disappointed with my DCS-2132 (rev A). One problem after another for such an expensive camera. My DCS-9xx cameras work better and are more reliable than the 2132.

I've noticed the same thing. Wish they'd post a response - I'm very disappointed in the lack of technical support.

What region are you located?
What mfr and model is the SD card? How is the SD card formatted?
Review User Manual for formatting and camera setup and configuration information.
