I tried tonight, trying to go to Alt-F firmware because I figured, hey...maybe I'll just get some 3TB drives and use them instead of the 1TB I have now
Well this is/has turned into a NIGHTMARE
I use ALL Apple OS X machines BUT I can boot my iMac which is OS X 10.7.5 into Windows 7 Ultimate with Bootcamp (separate partition)
I did that to use FireFox to download the Alt-F firmware and the thru the web GUI install the .bin file like I would from Dlink
now I booted back up in Apple and I have YET to see in Finder the folders (like Volume_1) let alone MY FILES
this is a total screw on using the Alt-F
I want to go back to 1.10 from D-link
HAS anyone gone back after installing the Alt-F?
how can you do this
any help I app it
thanks

From what I read a long time ago, it is definitely possible. I would assume the best place to discuss / ask would be the ALT-F forum where you got it from as I'm sure it is covered there. Additionally, I would suggest you read about the issues with 1.10 and consider v1.08 instead.
