After several hours of trial and error I came to the conclusion that there is a problem with the 80mhz radio and a lot of wireless devices. Ive been able to achieve perfect results on other routers so i know its not the radio thats the problem. For anyone experiencing issues especially with apple devices limiting your networks to 20/40 mhz fixes the issue but doing so you NEED to disable smart connect a primary feature of the router.
