Same here, BUT I can access/view using MyD-Link with IE 11.01.15, but not with Chrome. This  happened after new Java 8 on ALL my 5 of my cameras: I have: 2- DCS 932-ls, 1 DCS931, 1 DCS933, 1 DCS 5010L. Old versions of Java were removed when new 8 was installed.

Greetings D-Linkers,

We are aware of the recent updates with Java and are actively investigating the issues with viewing footage using the mydlink portal with some of our cameras. At this time, to continue to view footage we recommend not to update to Java 8 until more information becomes available.

While we are actively investigating, at this time we do have a work around. If you are seeing an issue after updating to Java 8 update 31, two files need to be adjusted. Please follow the steps below.

PC File 1:
1)   Go to the following java library security file.  C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_31\lib\security\java.security <32 bit location shown>
2)   Open the java.security file by right clicking the file, and open with Notepad.  The file should now be editable in clear text.
3)   Scroll down or Page Down to the last line and comment it out by adding a
# sign at the front of the line.
jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms=SSLv3    <this is the last line of the java file>
     # jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms=SSLv3    <add the # sign to the front of it to make the line inactive>
4)   Save the java file.

PC File 2:
1)   In Windows explorer, go to the following file under
C:\Users\<current user name>\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\deployment
     a.   Start by using explorer.  Go to C:\Users and select the user’s name. Replace <current user> with the name of the customer’s login.
     b.   The next portion may be hidden and needs to be manually added \Appdata\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment. So the full path should be C:\Users\<current user name>\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\deployment.properties
     c.   Open the deployment.properties file by right clicking the file and open with Notepad.  The file should now be editable in clear text.
     d.   On the bottom line of the deployment.properties file add the following line.

deployment.security.SSLv3=true <add this line to the bottom of the file>
     e.   Save the deployment.properties file.
2)   Save your work, close all browsers, restart Chrome or Firefox.
3)   Go to mydlink.com Login, select your camera, test your live footage.

Mac OS users:
1.   Run Terminal. Go to upper right corner and in the search icon type Terminal.  This will open your terminal window.
2.   Go to the Java security folder:
       /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin/Contents/Home/lib/security/
2.   Run “sudo vi java.security
3.   Scroll down or Page Down to the last line and comment it out by adding a # sign at the front of the line.
jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms=SSLv3    <this is the last line of the java file>
      # jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms=SSLv3    <add the # sign to the front of it to make the line inactive>
5.   Save the Java file. To save the file enter “: wq!
6.   (Optional) You may tail the file to verify that the above entry was saved. Run “tail java.security”  This will show you the end of the file for visual verification.
7.   Go to the Java deployment folder. Using jdoe as an example, customer will need to change it to their login name:
    /Users/jdoe/Library/Application Support/Oracle/Java/Deployment
8.   Run “sudo vi deployment.properties
9.   On the bottom line of the deployment.properties file add the following line.
deployment.security.SSLv3=true <add this line to the bottom of the file>
11.   Save the deployment file. To save the file enter “: wq!
12.   (Optional) You may tail the file to verify that the above entry was saved. Run “tail deployment.properties”  This will show you the end of the file for visual verification.
13.   Save your work, close all browsers, restart Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
14.   Go to mydlink.com Login, test your live footage.

We are aware that users are not able to connect to their cameras after they have updated Java to Java 8 update 31. The cameras affected include:
•DCS-930L
•DCS-932L
•DCS-931L
•DCS-933L
•DCS-5009L
•DCS-5010L
•DCS-5020L
•DCS-6045L
•DCS-700L
•DCS-800L
•DCS-850L

Java 8 update 31 disable SSLv3 by default, which is necessary for mydlink portal to connect to these cameras if you are using Chrome/Firefox/Safari. We are working on a fix to resolve this issue and will release it soon. Meanwhile, please use the work around method posted above or mydlink Lite on mobile devices as it is not affected by this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

•DCS-5009L  •DCS-5010L  •DCS-5020L  •DCS-6045L

I'm still getting the blue "retry" popup after implementing the Mac OS instructions from RyoS.  I'm running Safari on Mavericks - latest revs on both.  I have a 933L and 5020L with the latest firmware on both.   I get the "retry" popup no matter if I've selected Live View or the Settings tab.  I am not running any Safari security extensions (ex. Ghostery) and I have https://www.mydlink.com in the Java Control Panel Exception list (8, update 31).   Safari worked fine before.  Any ideas on how to debug further or fix ?    Not having access to Settings also prevents the ability modify or change my camera config (ex.  set views on 5020L)   thanks
