Where do you see this version?  I still only see 1.03.06 as the latest on D-LInk's US support site.

Don't download 1.04!!!!
I downloaded 1.04 and now I'm having issues where the camera loses network connection every few minutes (see log excerpt below). When this happens, I can't remotely login to the camera. The issue stops eventually for no reason, then starts back up again. I never had these log entries with the previous firmware version. Please fix this issue.

Updated 1:4 2332L devices and so far a poor experience.
Web-interfaced live view seems to have switched to some kind of ActiveX solution, which despite multiple prompts and reloads of the page resists to function and display live view. Works nicely under OS X/Safari though since it foregoes the ActiveX c*ap.
ICMP times wen't crazy after the upgrade and the web-interface was very very slow in response.
Downgraded to 1.03.06 and everything wen't back to normal.
Will wait for a debugged 1.04.xx before retrying and drop the useless mydlink page as a live view platform.

If only D-link respected that software is very much part of the whole hardware product, it would be so much better.
For now, these devices will remain the only D-link products I own and purchase - poor quality software ruins decent hardware.
This both on firmware, on mydlink homepage and on IOS apps (both free and rip-off-paid one).
