More details would be needed:

Firmware (non-beta) version

Wired or wireless connection

I have seen routers be flaky when a lot of traffic is occurring and getting emails will make more "traffic."

General recommendation:  Update to latest non-beta firmware (with reading all notes before since some firmwares will not let you use older firmwares after installed.)  Update over an wired Ethernet cable and reset the router back to factory defaults.  Some routers required a few "resets" before behaving correctly (which is a pain.)

My Firmware is 1.31NA and the reason i updated to it is for this problem, I just kinda notice that it was happening when I retriving my email, but im going to the default seting an see if it helps. The thing is im really not sure if the email problem happened after the 1.31 firmware update.  What I do know is I was getting bump off line before the update and thats why I did the update Thx for the help
