DNS 320 - PLEX via FFP

Hi guys, I'm new to using NAS and I have a question. I have a DNS-320 and I would like to use PLEX with it. Ive seen that it has been done using FFP. I have installed FFP successfully but I do not know how to install the PLEX package V1.04

I would really appreciate any help.
