I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email. Let us know how it goes please.

Did talk to local support, transferred up to a specialist who thought it might be a bug in the update as it relates to this model. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Was able to get finger dragging working but had no control of direction. No feedback on the screen via red rectangle. Presets not working and are still greyed out.
