Native VLAN for VoIP inter-vendor setup

Hi Friends. There's any possibility of using something like a native VLAN (denomination used in other vendors) if so: how?. Another one: ¿how could I manage the fiber uplink ports, I only see 48 ports, that I think, are the 1000BaseT Ports, not the 1000BaseFX. I can't see a way to do this. Thanks in advance.

A port that is untagged on a VLAN is a native member of that VLAN.

Fiber ports share a port number with a copper port, they should both be labelled with the same number.  You can only use one port of the same number at a time.
