On ukraine site a few days ago, new firmware version for DNS-327L appeared.

Since I couldn`t find any information regarding this FW on any other site, I`m not sure if it is official or just some clone version.

Anyway here is the link, do it on your own risk..

Note:
My Surveillance Service will be disabled after update firmware version to 1.04.

Please re-install the surveillance add-on manually and enable the surveillance service after the add-on installed.

4. [P2P Download] Increased P2P max concurrent tasks to 20 and total download tasks to 100.
 
5. [My Files] Intuitive drag & drop file copying
- Copy or move files/folders from the right window to the left folder tree in My Files
- Copy files from your PC through a web browser in My Files
- Double Click to open a file in My Files

6. [My Music] Optimized the read order of song tags in the My Music Album list.

7. [Security] Changed the share folder default permission for P2P downloading for FTP access.

8. [P2P] Increase BT download task number (concurrent tasks to 20 & total tasks to 100).

9. [File Sharing] Increase maximum User Account to 512, and maximum Share Folder to 512.

10.[My Music] Optimize the DLNA play order by the tag of Album - >Track Number - >Artist

11.Upgrade kernel to v3.2.40 and new toolchain.

12.Change default idle time(timeout) to 30 minutes

13.Shows Media Library setup wizard when My Photo or My Music is opened and the media library is not configured yet.

Problems Resolved:

1. [Security] Several new security enhancements (including GHOST issue)
2. [mydlink] Connection issues with Mydlink and Fastweb is fixed (Italian ISP).
3. [DDNS] The free www.DynDNS.org service is no longer offered and has been removed.
4. Other bug fixes.

Please try and post on mydlink's facebook page - I got a quicker response.  I don't honestly know what's happened regarding support / help here other than we're not allowed to criticise - so be careful.

Remember also they are Taiwanese so time zone counts for when they will reply.

After thought - I would confirm your location (whether you are in Ukraine or Russia?) and also I have been informed (but I questioned the policy) that different countries get different firmware versions/updates.

In Germany the official Firmware for DNS-320L is 1.04b12 from 02.02.2015

I've just checked (for the OP's benefit)  eu.mydlink.com Support for 327L

And the Firmware Release Note is dated  2015/06/29

The file name for the said Firmware is DLINK_DNS327L.1.04b08(3.13.0629.2015)

Now I can't test as I only have 320L but something isn't right

It does not show the name of the non-official addons. Or at lest for me. (Transmission, Owncloud, Python, mc, Gate One).

This issue exist in 1.04b08 too. You must install new versions of addons, which compatible whith new firmware.

Sorry for a potentially controversial question here but I'm about to buy the DNS-327L and there are a lot of things popping up on Google about security vulnerabilities discovered/released this year in this specific NAS. Does this version actually address any of those findings?
