Storage says full

I recieve this email every few days. I have checked my NAS and i have plenty of space.

Mail Alert: Storage Full
 

Time: 2015-07-31 12:00:01 BST
Device: MediaCentre (DNS-327L, mydlink no. 60093772)
Mail Alert: Total=0.0002GB,Used=0.0001GB,Free=0.0001GB.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

I get the same alert from my brand new NAS. Are just using 10% of 3TB storage.

Remarkably, the totals look very similar. I wonder what process uses that amount of memory or disk space?
I search through the settings but I could not figure it out.
Anyone any ideas?
