No remote access via App or mydlink.com!!!
« on: August 11, 2015, 12:20:03 PM »

Hi,

I´ve just reset my DCS5222L cameras with fixed IP address. I can access the cameras via Synology NAS(Rurveillance Station) and DSCam(Synology App) and I can access the cameras via Local connection in mydlinkLite app. But I can not access the cameras via remote access or via mydlink.com

It was working but suddenly it stopped. I have also a DCS-2332 outdoor cam with the same setup and this camera workes fine on all connections, also with fixed IP address.

Thank you for any ideas!

If you use a fixed ip address, you must insert your router address in the manual configuration, and (the most critical) a DNS address, which is the same as your router. Put as a secondary DNS 0.0.0.0 for good measure.
