Very good idea. I will save that as a last resort as they are a pain to get to.
I'm wondering if it could be something to do with the way TIme Warner Cable has each account configured? Each location is a different account.

Possible. If you have the same cameras and email accounts are set up correctly, both should work. Only differences maybe ISP servcies or  main host router i would guess.

Thanks for that link. I don't think the router is an issue as I can remotely (from outside the LAN) view and configure the camera.

Im thinking maybe a configuration issue or a ISP email service issue.

An ISP email config issue could be it. One account is ca.rr.com and the other is twc.com. If they all of a sudden started blocking port 587 on one account that would explain it. Doubt it but certainly possible.

Also. It's not a corrupt config on the camera because at the location that isn't working I actually have two 2332L cameras and they are both behaving the same.

Okay. Today I will take one of the cams that isn't working home to where my cam is working. Stay tuned.

This was going to be my suggestion to check.  It's unfortunately easy to corrupt the config file and hard to tell without inspecting it.  Glad you have thought of this and ruled it out.

I brought one of the cams home to test. It works. Therefore it is something to do with the router or the ISP account setup. OR.... A recent change is the addition of a two plug powerline network. I can't imagine it being this as one camera doesn't use the powerline. Any other ideas?

Well I beleive the camera is working. I presume the problem lies in the networking configuration at this one location.  ???  Try both cameras at the same time at the working location.
