I contacted D-Link and the front-line couldn't solve it. They said they will escalate and I will be contacted. None contacted me, however, the Add-On center link miraculously work yesterday. However, I cannot install any of the Add-ons.
Luckily, I can download the package and then proceed to install it manually.
Yet - another problem!
Startup my surveillance and added my camera into the "My surveillance" app - this should allows me to do video recording direct to NAS.
Unfortunately, "My surveillance" throw me another error
"Get camera image Failed"
I tried a different camera model, e.g. 930, 930L, 930LB1 --- but none of them work.
Ideas? suggestion?
