You would need to connect the printer to the DIR-655 if it has LAN networking abilities. If its only a USB connection supported printer, you can install a USB to LAN print server device, connect the USB printer to the print server and then connect the print server to the LAN port on the back of the 655. You'll have to configure the print drivers to point to the print servers IP address. Then anyone can print to the printer with out having to turn on a PC where the printer might be connected. HP has print servers. I forgot that you can connect a USB printer to the USB port and then install Shareport on each PC and connect to it this way.
