Well, I called them and politely asked them to help me resolve my issues...... I spoke with someone obviously not well versed in either English OR technical issues and wasted an hour only to have them change my MTU setting to 1492 and then tell me that I needed to reenter all of my information into the router again to resolve my issue

Once I finally got her to understand the state that I am currently in, she said that even though I have version A1, I need to let the router continue on for several hours to determine if the MTU change will fix the issue.
She gave me a case number and told me to call back..... sheez, I'm really disappointed with this issue and more than a little frustrated. Maybe that's what I get for living on the cutting edge and using the latest and greatest firmware.
Does anyone else have to reset their router every 3-4 hours?? I really wish there was a replacement for this thing that had the same functionality as I really like the current configuration and capabilities. I just cannot live with the resets, especially when I travel and try to VPN back over to my home network.
