Author Topic: 320L recognises drives but does not initialise and power light fails  (Read 1998 times)

I have recently tried to access my 320L via the Windows drive mappings but these are not available.
Re-powering the system causes the drive lights to illuminate but the power light then blinks - is solid - and then dies. Please help as I have 4 terabytes of important data stored on the two drives.

Check the power brick under load to see if it supplies the full 12v @ 3A.  If it doesn't - replace it.

Also when you get your unit up and running MAKE a BACKUP if your data is so important that you must have it.
