Bug in Virtual Servers List
« on: July 08, 2009, 06:29:26 PM »

In almost every way my new DIR-655 Xtreme N surpasses it's predecessor... It never disconnects, appears to be as solid as a rock --- EXCEPT --- It continually loses its Virtual Servers settings.  I have set up port forwarding to a specific computer, and it loses the settings every time I power cycle the forwarded machine.
Is it reasonable to have to re-enter all the port forwarding IP Address field contents every time the machine restarts?  I don't think so...  I have it's IP address reserved, so it's always the same.  Is it unreasonable to expect that (like the pitiful router that this one replaced) it could keep the IP address for the forwarding across power cycles?

Is SecureSpot enabled? If not, enable it and see if your settings save. Worked for me.
