Wan dhcp release renew

My dir 655. Release and renew ip almost every 5 minutes and it disconnect the internet i tried to set static ip on the wan but it still disconnect i dont know what is going on i tried to plug my modem to other router and it works fine its ironic since i just posted earlier that my router is working fine but not until now i didnt change anything on the settings it just do that i figure it out last week idid a restore reset still nothing happens i have a eu

Is the internet globe turning amber? If so then means there is a cable or ISP modem or service problem I bet.
