« on: November 25, 2015, 01:53:36 AM »

Hi,

I don't know how to post a line to this forum hence, I have DWR-921 two devices bought last month and trying to get dynamic DNS working. I'm unable to get my correct ISP provided IP on it. Can you help me to post this ???

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

I'd review the user manual for DDNS information and support. Be sure that the DWR supports DDNS features. Not all routers support this feature.

Check with your ISP. Probably your 4G-card is not visible on internet and give wrong address in ddns therfore.
