JustConnect+ is not playing nice with latest firmware (6x DCS-930L, 931L, 932L)
JustConnect+ earlier was a great app - the various 2015 firmware upgrades have caused this app to take many tens of minutes to finally show the cameras on LAN, and now even later or never on WAN
PROOF is that at another location, I have never updated the (930 & 931) camera software, and JustConnect+ shows those immediately (on WAN)
Also, the JustConnect+ 'Master' list says 'REmote device unavailable', even while displaying the cameras! (Today, this way on the six 930s, but not the 932 - varies!).

mydlink+ is faster for registered cameras (WAN via dlink site) but rather slow to show local cameras.

Ditto for the DCS-930LB, the B hardware version does not work with firmware v2.13
A shame as the user interface for this viewer was pretty good

Version 2.12-01 has the same problemen.

It's working on my DCS-933L on iPhone 6sP and iOS 9.3.2.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

We gave up on the several D-Link apps, and now use OWLR - a really great app, free, and easy to use - also OWLR can be loaded with both LAN and WAN IPs so it works home and away from home. Also, it accommodates other mfr's cameras, such as TrendNet ( TV-IP762IC or  TV-IP562WI, 1280x720 resolution,  yet almost as small as DCS-93xL).
