need some help after pasword reset
« on: December 03, 2015, 08:10:02 AM »

I have a strange thing and cant find all my files

i  have DNS-345, 2 disc RAID1, one part was used just to put files and a part for backups of my macs timemachine.
i forgot my admin paswort and made today a reset ( 5 sec button on the rear site)
now i can acces again with admin/paswort blank

the strange thing is now that if i will mount the disk on my mac and go to a director I can see some files but not all
and if make a browser login with admin rights and wil  browse in MY_FILES i will see in the same directory other files

all those files used to be in the same directory, but its kind of split?

what do i do wrong cann some body help me

THANKS

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your DNS? Look at the sticker behind or under the device.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DNSs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?

Can you map drive to the DNS volume and mount it in WIndows Explorer or OSX Finder?
