SD card full Detected messages every hour

Why am I getting "Mail Alert: SD card full Detected" messages from Dlink_Mail_Center every hour?
I had set the setting to "When SD card is full: Continue recording and overwrite the oldest video".

Each 1-minute video file is about 27MB, and I have a 32GB microSD card inside the DCS-2330L, so it should fill up in about a day, not every hour.
And this whole "card is full" notification is moot anyway, since the option is to "Continue recording and overwrite the oldest video".

I ended up turning all notifications OFF to prevent these e-mails :(
